Access to communities and neighbourhoods is negotiated with management agencies and community representatives, most of whom agree that Farmily is much more than a mere mobile trading unit. As communities across Dubai will soon discover, having a Farmily bus in their neighbourhood is a unique service to the residents and an all-round pleasant experience.
At Farmily, we choose to serve communities all around Dubai by delivering daily fresh supply of fruits and vegetables right to neighbourhoods, giving families a special opportunity to purchase the food they need for regular cooking and eating.
Unlike supermarkets and online grocers, at Farmily we buy our produce the same day and return the unsold inventory to the wholesale market. Sourcing is key to our success. We take good care to source our produce from good quality, reliable farms and wholesalers. But once we obtain the produce and assure that it is of good quality, we do not process it, nor do we pack, change, enhance or even wash the fruits and vegetables we sell. We strongly believe fruits and vegetables should enter the home of the consumer in their most natural, unaltered form.
